UNIVERSITY OF ALABAMA STUNT CLINIC
The Clinic will be held at the ACE Birmimgham location on August 21 from 12-4. The cost for the clinic is $50 and is open to individuals 9th Grade and Older. The clinic is open to all cheerleaders not just ACE members!!! Please let all of your friends know and sign up ASAP!

All-Star Choreography
- Cherokees/Blackhawks - Saturday and Sunday, July 17-18
- Chattahoochees/Chickasaws - Saturday and Sunday, September 18-19
- Mohawks/ Warriors - Saturday and Sunday, September 25-26
The Choreography camps are ALL DAY.... 9-8!!!

Sessions
You may sign up for classes at any time in the session
May-July - $180
Aug-Oct - $180
Nov-Dec - $90-$105(depending on when the holiday falls)
Jan-March - $180

Price
*$180 for 1 class for 3 month session
(Classes are pro-rated each week online, price online is for the day you start through the end of the session. Must pay up front for the class)
*-$10 off each month if you take a second class or have a second child
*-$20 off each month if you take a third class or have a third child
*One time registration fee of $25 you pay once a year. Our year starts over every May.

INTRO
- Forward roll/Backward roll
- Handstand/Cartwheel/Backbend/Backbend kickover
LEVEL 1
- Round-Off/ Front Walkovers/Back walkovers
- Standing Back handspring/Round-Off Back Handspring
LEVEL 2
- Standing Back Handspring Series
- Round-Off Back Handspring Series
LEVEL 3
- Round Off Back Handspring Back Tuck/ Round Off Tuck
- Jump Elements Connected to a Back Handspring or Series
- Standing Back Handspring and Series to a Tuck/ Standing Tuck
- Punch Front
LEVEL 4
- Standing Back Handsprings to Layout (And Jump Connectivity)
- Round Off Back Handspring Layout
- Whips/Punch Fronts/Bounding Skills toLayout
- Round Off Back Handspring Full Twist
LEVEL 5
- Standing Back Handsprings to Full/Double and Standing Full/Double
- Round Off Back Handspring Double
- Level 5 Combination Skills (i.e., Full To Full and Arabian Skills)
Whip/Punch Class
- Must Have a Correct Layout and Be a Current Level 4 Tumbler
- This class will focus on Combination Tumbling with Whips, Bounding Skills, and Punch Front Connectors.
- Must Be Approved By Coach Prior To Registration
Level 4/5 Stunt Class
- Must Have Achieved Level 4/5 Stunting Skills.
- This class will focus on further advancement of Flying Skills as well as perfection of each skill. This includes technique, proper body positioning, and flexibility work. This class will not be used for basket toss work.
- Must Be Approved By Coach Prior To Registration.
Advanced Basket Class
- Must Have Mastered A Kick Full (In the Air) Prior To Registration.
- This class will focus on advanced basket toss skills. This includes kick doubles, hitch-kick and kick-kick skills, and various Level 5 Tosses.
- Must Be Approved By Coach Prior To Registration. You Will Be Removed From The Class If You Do Not Meet the Proper Specifications.
