SUMMER DAY CAMP
We are very excited to offer our ACE TRIBE Summer Day Camp Program. Summer Camp is one of the most exciting and memorable times in a child’s life. It’s a time for kids to activate their sense of adventure and expand the limits of their imagination. At the ACE TRIBE Summer Day Camp, every day is an opportunity for campers to make new friends, try new things and explore endless possibilities for fun.

7:00am-8:00am Morning Extended Care
8:00am-4:00pm Program Time
4:00pm-6:00pm Afternoon Extended Care
*Morning and afternoon extended care is included in the weekly fee.
AGES SERVED
Troopers: Rising 1st-2nd Grade
Guardians: Rising 3rd-4th Grade
Victors: Rising 5th-6th Grade
INCLUDED ACTIVITIES
– Classroom games including arts and crafts, science activities, indoor games and “brain games.”
– Gym games including obstacle courses, organized games like Capture the Flag, relay races, and more.
– Bounce houses & Open gym play
– WEEKLY Field Trips
REGISTRATION FEES (Covers all field trip entry fees)
$100 for one week ONLY
$175 for 2-10 Weeks
*This fee is non-refundable.
You must register for 2 or more weeks at the same time or you will pay $100 per week.
Registration fees are due April 5, 2024 (If you register after 5/5/24, fees are due at the time of registration).
LUNCHES AND SNACKS
Participants should bring a nutritious lunch, refillable water bottle (no soda allowed), and two snacks.
DEPOSITS AND WEEKLY FEES
Camp fees are $195 per week per child
Deposits will be required at the time of registration for each week. The deposit will hold your child’s spot for that particular week. Deposits are $15 per child per week. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another week.
All fees must be made via automatic payment with the method you set up your account with. Fees will be scheduled for payment on the due date of Wednesday prior to the week of care. You will be charged for each week that you reserve regardless of attendance unless you cancel the week according to our cancellation policy.
REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
If a parent wishes to cancel a week, a 2-week advance written notice is required. Registration fees and weekly deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another week. No refunds or credits will be issued for requests not meeting the 2-week notice and the weekly balance will be considered due.
ACE Camps that do not reach the minimum enrollment by March 30th may be cancelled and a refund issued for any deposits paid.

How do I register my child?
Step 1: Register your athlete in our system if you are a new member. For easier access, download our app ACE Cheer Birmingham from your app store.
If your child is already in our system, sign in to your account.
Step 2: Register for ALL weeks needed for the summer individually. Registration is weekly.
Step 3: Read and complete the ACE Summer Care Handbook
Step 4: Confirm your Handbook confirmation email.
Step 5: If your child needs medication, fill out a Permission for Medication & Self Administration form
Step 6: Be on the lookout via email for more specific information about Remind, field trips, etc.
