SCHEDULING

• All individual lessons are booked online via the Parent Portal ONLY.  

• We do not accept booking directly through the coach.

• You may not book a lesson for the same day.
• All lessons must be booked by 8pm the night prior.

    • Select “CLICK HERE TO VIEW CALENDAR AND BOOK INDIVIDUAL LESSONS”
  • Select Day/Time/Instructor 
    • New Clients – Complete Registration Form
    • Existing Clients – Select “Already a customer? Click here to login.”
  • Add to Cart → Select student → Complete required items, terms and agreements
  • Click ADD and “checkout now” →Accept enrollment fees and continue
    • If you are wanting an hour lesson, you will need to repeat these steps to book the next 30-minute slot. Calendar will only book 30 minute slots.

• This must be done for EVERY lesson you would like to book for EACH month.
• Check for a confirmation email – if you did not receive one, you may not have completed the check-out process entirely.  Check your parent portal student events to confirm enrollment, or retry enrollment.

PAYMENTS & REGISTRATION

• • ACE account must be current to book individual lessons.
  • All Individual Lesson Clients must pay an annual $50 gym registration fee.  (Renews June 1st)
  • All individual lessons will be processed via CC through jackrabbit, unless there is a credit on the account to cover the balance. 
    • If you do not want your card processed, you may remit “individual lesson pre-payments” to your account via cash/check/parent portal at the front desk PRIOR to the date of your scheduled lessons.
    • Payments are processed the evening prior to your individual lesson between 8-9pm. If your payment does not process, you will receive an email indicating so.  Please log into your parent portal to remit payment.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

• A cancellation email should be sent to  mslessons@acetribe.com by 8pm the night prior to the lesson. Failure to provide this notice will result in your account being charged for the fee of the late cancellation.

You cannot cancel through the coach, you MUST email mslessons@acetribe.com

SIGN IN / SIGN OUT

You must sign in at the front desk next to your scheduled time slot prior to entering the gym floor to begin your lesson.

PRICES

• 30 minutes – $40 / 60 minutes – $80
• Shared lessons with multiple athletes, add $5 per additional athlete. 
• Active Annual Registration Fee ($50)

All athletes MUST be registered in jackrabbit.
