We are very excited to offer our ACE TRIBE After School Care Program. Our after school program provides engaging educational and recreational programming. Our safe, supportive, and structured environment promotes a healthy and active young lifestyle. The combination of education and play empower our youth to tackle the next school day with a positive outlook on life. Our primary program’s goals are to be safe, fun and active.

HOURS 

School Dismissal until 6:00 p.m.

*We do not pick up on EARLY school dismissal days.

DATES OF OPERATION

August 12, 2024 – May 16, 2025

Please note that our start date is the Monday AFTER school starts this school year.

*Program will not operate on emergency early release days or during temporary school closures.

AGES SERVED

Troopers: 1st-2nd Grade

Guardians: 3rd-4th Grade

Victors: 5th-6th Grade

INCLUDED ACTIVITIES

– Academic/Homework Support

– Classroom games include creative arts, science activities, indoor games and “brain games.”

– Gym games including obstacle courses, organized games like Capture the Flag, relay races, and more.

– Bounce houses

– Open gym play

– Healthy snack and drink

REGISTRATION DATES

Registration Begins: February 1, 2024

Registration Deadline: April 30, 2024

REGISTRATION FEES AND DEPOSITS

There is a $75 registration fee plus a $75 deposit due at the time of registration. The $75 deposit will be applied to your first month. Registration fees and Deposits are non-refundable.

MONTHLY FEES

Camp fees are $275 per month. $225 each additional child.

*Please note our monthly rate is based on a yearly rate and months with shorter weeks are not prorated.

Program fees are calculated based on approved school calendars. Fees are not prorated for scheduled school holidays, teacher work days, or general absences. After School payments are paid by monthly draft by payment method you have on file. Payments are due on the 1st of the month.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

If a parent wishes to cancel a week, an advance written notice is required by the 15th of the month. Registration fees and weekly deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another week. No refunds or credits will be issued for requests not meeting the 2-week notice and the weekly balance will be considered due.

SAMPLE SCHEDULE

Arrival – 3:30: Snack

3:30-4:00: Academic/Homework Support

4:00-6:00: Classroom games, Gym games, Bounce houses & open gym play.
