3-5yr Tumbling

MUST BE POTTY TRAINED AND CAN WIPE

3 All me & 4-5 Year Tumbling Class:

  • Our tumbling classes focus on basic tumbling skills, basic body-control exercises & gross motor development by increasing strength, coordination, balance & agility
  • Students will build a strong foundation for any sport while having FUN!

Intro 1

  • Forward Roll Backward Roll
  • -Head Stand Against Wall
  • Handstand Against Wall
  • Cartwheel
  • Push-Up To Back Bend.

Intro 2

* MUST HAVE ALL SKILLS FROM INTRO 1

  • Backwards Roll (Land On Feet)
  • Back Bend Kick-over -Handstand (Unassisted)
  • Cartwheel (Both Sides)
  • Round-Off (With Rebound)
