*Make Up must be scheduled through your parent portal under absences & makeups. You will tumble during your make up time. Make-up Classes are only offered to Intro A, Intro B, Beginning Tumbling, Level 1 – 5, Twisting, St. BHS, St. Tuck, and some additional season specialty tumbling classes. 1)Must be an active member and have absences listed to make up. Please ask our front desk how many absences you have. 2) If you are inactive you have 1 month to complete any absences from the previous month dropped. Example – Drop date Wednesday, January 29, 2020 may Make Up through Saturday, February 29, 2020. 3)All absences for August – April are cleared at the end of May each year. Any classes missed in May have until June 30th to make up. All May make ups will be cancelled/ineligible after June 30th. Summer Classes have until August 31st to make up. All Summer make ups will be cancelled/ineligible after August 31st. At this time we do not offer a make up class for PreK, Super Hero, Warrior Ninja, Stunt, Jumps, Tryout Prep, Flex, and Junior Cheer classes. Make up classes are not offered to Individual lessons, camps, or clinics.Refunds or Credits will not be given to classes where make ups not offered (Pre K, Stunt, Ninja Warrior, Specialty Classes, Jump, Flex or Cheer Technique). If ACE of Birmingham has to close due to inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstances, refunds or credits will NOT be given to classes. If your class is eligible for a make up then you may attend a make up classes due to the gym closing.
