Celebrate your special day at ACE!
– 1 hour access to sectioned off gym area, mats, and bouncy castle
– 1 hour access to our party area including tables and chairs
– Party area available for set up 30 minutes prior to event time
– ACE staff member to supervise
– Includes 20 guests **Children under 1, adults(not on equipment), and birthday child are free
– Party hosts must notify all guests that they will need to be signed in by a parent or guardian. This includes signing a medical release waiver.
– No guest is allowed on any gym equipment without a medical release form
– No balloons due to ceiling height and fans
– ACE is not responsible for set-up and/or cleanup of party supplies, decorations, food, etc.
– $225 (includes $100 deposit due at time of booking)
– $5 per additional guest over the 20 included **Maximum of 50 guests total
– $1 per minute over allotted 2 hours of gym use and 30 minutes of set up time *Includes clean up
– A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due to book the party **Please note availability can become limited closer to the
desired date of event
– Party balance ($125) is due 10 days before the event but can be paid prior
– Any additional fees will be charged on the first business day following the event
