Policies:

I understand if my athlete ONLY takes individual lessons, I will be automatically charged the “Individual Lesson Monthly Membership Fee” of $40 at the time of sign up, and then on the 1st of each month thereafter. I also understand that my card will be billed the $35 yearly registration fee at the time of sign up unless already paid. If I choose to stop my membership, I understand an email must be sent through my parent portal BEFORE the 1st day of the month. There will be no refunds, credits or prorating if an email is sent late. My athlete will be dropped from the membership and not billed for next month. I understand to contact the office if I do not receive an email confirmation of my cancellation. For example: If I email on April 1, 2025 to stop my membership. You will be charged for April and dropped at the end of April. Your last monthly membership fee will be April 1, 2025. If I email on March 31, 2025 to stop my membership. You will not be charged for April and dropped March 31st. Your last monthly membership fee will be March 2025.

In efforts to give our clients the opportunity to book individual lessons, we ask clients to book lessons that they know they can attend, while giving other clients an opportunity to book lessons.

ALL lessons booked will be charged via credit card on file and processing fees apply. If payment is declined, you will be automatically dropped from the lesson. You may login to your portal and update payment information and then try to book the same lesson or choose a different available date.

ALL lesson cancellations must be done WITHIN 14 days of your lesson. Cancellations are available under appointments through your parent portal.  No other form of cancellation will be accepted.

ALL cancellations occurring after the 14 day booking period will not be eligible for refund or credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. Bookings within 14 days of a scheduled lesson will be charged regardless of cancellation due to inability to give sufficient notice to the coach.

Coach cancellations will require a FREE lesson if not canceled within 14 days of client booking. If a COACH makes a cancellation within the 14 day period, the client will not be charged for that lesson and receive the next lesson from that coach FREE of charge. If a lesson is booked within 14 days, the coach will be given a 24 hour grace period from time of booking to cancel due to any scheduling conflicts.

An individual lesson is not a class. There are no refunds, credits, rescheduling or make ups. If you are wanting the ability to make up a lesson you do not need to enroll for individuals. You need to enroll for a CLASS. Injury, sickness, traffic, weather, etc. are not exceptions to our policy. These, and all, decisions will be at the sole discretion of the Gym Owner and/or Business Director.

Coach Skills Set

Coach’s WILL NOT be able to work out of their approved level/skills.
